@JeremyCherfas If we're talking about grains as found in nature, like you're discussing in your podcast right now, I might be inclined to agree. If we're talking the highly processed grains that many people consume in mass quantities, it's a different story.

Even in Seattle, we've managed 33 consecutive days of 21C+ weather (many days 30C+). Which for here is…unusual.
@variablepulserate Most processed food contains sugar and grain, neither of which are particularly good for us.
As for chocolate, I pretty much stick with 85%+ Cacao chocolate these days.
