@sumudu It's all about your level of paranoia. From a security perspective, their services are good--they have to be, given how prevalent they are. If you don't want to give your data to Google…good luck, even if you don't use their services. :P

@JeremyCherfas I'm reading conflicting information on whether or not humans can properly digest whole grains or not and extract the nutrients therein. Maybe some can, but I'm pretty sure, given my own metabolic issues, I am not able to, making me far better off without them.
