I can tell you that I definitely feel much better eating only once a day and eliminating sugar and other frankenfoods from my diet.

Trying to rebuild my Skull Canyon NUC for the third time. Is it a charm (i.e. work) or will it eventually die like the other two times I tried? I'm using the newer ESXi 6.7 this time around, so…we'll see.
