that can certainly happen. Also the body tends to retain water to replace the fat in the adipose tissue for a time.

One other thing I've observed is an increase in my blood sugar. This is also a normal side effect of the process as well, apparently.

so it's wasted cost. Sounds about right.

The funny thing is my weight has stayed within a 5-10 pound range during the last month. But I've lost an inch on my waist and my neck is clearly not quite as big. Stuff is changing…

I barely wear ties as it is.

One thing I definitely need new is dress shirts. My existing ones have too large of a neck now. A dress shirt I got back in 2000 now fits me well again. Since I rarely need to wear dress shirts, I'll wait until I lose a little more weight before buying new ones.
