@konrad The brand loyal people in the US buy iPhones. They may buy Samsung to a lesser extent. Most people just get whatever their operator will give them free or cheap.

@konrad The fact I own four different handsets isn't the point. The point is, when people ultimately do switch from Android X to Android Y, the experience is likely to be very different. And people who aren't geeks don't tend to cope with that kind of change well.
