@kdfrawg I wrote my own workflow to spam things multiple places. Which is kinda like doing it manually, but not really.

@matigo an interesting side effect of intermittent fasting I've experienced that I haven't talked about is that I've been a lot more even, emotionally speaking. It's not to say I don't experience stress (I do), but I definitely handle it better.

Something to consider.

@matigo Even our cats are a two person job. Thankfully our current cats aren't as bad as Toby was, who required two people and a piece of cardboard to stick his paw through to limit the damage he could easily cause.
