@kdfrawg I wasn't making a living back then, so it was too rich for my blood.
Considering I've never done business with Skrill and there are numerous fraud/scam complaints about them on the Internet, I'm guessing this is a scam.

@kdfrawg I haven’t lived near the coast since I was in high school. I certainly didn’t have a camera to take those pictures back then (nor could I afford one).
