The official A1C number from my blood test is a 5.9%, which is lower than the 6.5% I had a few months ago, but a bit higher than I was expecting based on my own blood glucose tests.

Doctor's comment: "Diabetes is improving." Not quite as much as I'd like, but it's still progress.

Finally lost the Wisconsin weight plus another two pounds on top of that… and punched another hole in the belt.

@kdfrawg airlines have a mostly fixed cost moving a plane from point A to B. Their goal is to get as many people in those planes as possible, while maximizing profits, of course.

So yeah, greed. :P
