@kdfrawg agree but always a little frustrating when it’s not as much progress as you were thinking. That and it reinforces my usual complaints about the accuracy of blood glucose meters.

The blood test showed I had a blood glucose of 100 mg/dL. The test with my own meter? 82. ?

@jextxadore not planning to be there anytime soon. That said, I’m likely going to be in Bangkok. It’s probably doable there too.

Free drinks are always a good thing.

The official A1C number from my blood test is a 5.9%, which is lower than the 6.5% I had a few months ago, but a bit higher than I was expecting based on my own blood glucose tests.

Doctor's comment: "Diabetes is improving." Not quite as much as I'd like, but it's still progress.

Finally lost the Wisconsin weight plus another two pounds on top of that… and punched another hole in the belt.

Can't wait for clothing sales as I really need some new pants now.
