My guess is that when I get my blood test done, I'll probably have an A1C of 5.5 or so, which won't be enough to convince my doctor to let me drop my meds.

That said, I'm happy I was able to replicate the functionality I need in Workflow so I can ditch Sugar Sense, which has gotten increasingly slow and crashes often.

When I log my blood glucose, I can now see my stats. And I can see they are clearly trending in the right direction ?? #diabetes

in a manner of speaking.

The good thing about older machines is that they include schematics. Also, most of the parts are replaceable. There are a few non-electronic things that are a wee bit harder to come by.

And yes, on some arcade game cabinets there is also some excellent art.

@kdfrawg I figured I was going to have to become more handy with electronics as a result of owning one. Didn’t quite happen.

@kdfrawg the guy has my same game, though he has the more common variety machine, I have the "limited edition."

And yeah, I just don't play it often enough to warrant keeping it. We came to the same conclusion with our foosball table, which the neighbor bought.

@kdfrawg had to have the guy who's been fixing my pinball machine come over again and figure out why it wasn't powering up. That plus fix a few other random things.

It's still not 100% yet, but 35 year old things with lots of electronics inside rarely get to 100%.

on the iPad Mini 4 is 373.1 MB

@kdfrawg but surely they can do it at a less ear-piercing volume. ?
