I assume on the shorter flights you are doing snacks only and not a full meal service? The logistics of full meal service on a short flight seems…impossible.

Does the airline do any flights shorter than, say two hours? Many of the flights I'm on are in that range, and you can hardly get through drink service and clean up in that amount of time.

Delta has gotten better about meals on domestic flights, albeit only on the longer mainline routes. Even so, I tend to skip it these days.

weight is a largely personal thing in terms of what is best. For me, 110 kilos would be an improvement, but at about 1.7 meters (5'7"), I'd still be overweight by at least 30 kilos.
