the messed up sleep for the last couple days definitely sent things the opposite direction. Hoping I found the root cause and things can resume the correct direction.

it's probably multiple causes. However, my blood pressure medication change had a real obvious impact.

I believe my doctor originally told me to take it at night. Clearly that's bad advice.

I'm sure a lot of what we eat (and don't eat) impact what bugs are in our body. Hoping by eating once a day, I'm starving out most of the bad ones!

@kdfrawg the real test will be tonight. I think I slept well enough last night, but I also deferred my dose of meds until this morning.

@kdfrawg this was a pretty long read. I suspect I may be adding some plain yogurt to my diet.

@kdfrawg the first night of poor sleep I wrote off. When it happened a second time in almost exactly the same way, I was pretty sure the meds had something to do with it.

Hopefully taking the meds in the morning will be enough to counteract the insomnia.
