@matigo people here spend easily $150-200/mo on their cable bill…and $200 a month for several mobile phone lines (more if they do payment plans). And yes, I agree, it's crazy.

@matigo In the US, I pay $100/mo for 5 lines on Cricket Wireless.

@matigo apparently T-Mobile US's new "Jump on Demand" program will let you change phones every 30 days, if you prefer. Haven't looked at the details of that, but it's a lot better than dropping a ton of coin on a phone and not liking it.

@matigo sounds like almost every phone sold in the US operator stores as well.

@matigo they certainly don't sell them in the US, or probably anywhere outside of the Japanese market :P
