that and the girl has a crazy-ass look on her face.

hadn't seen that but that might be a cool feature.

@kdfrawg The A1C number corresponds to an average blood glucose over 2-3 months. The app I use to track it can take my readings and calculate what the A1C should be (though it only goes back 30 days).

This is why I'm really curious what the actual result will be.

The family has returned from their respective far-away places.

@kdfrawg there's a reason I did a test right after my blood draw--to see how accurate it is.

//

@kdfrawg more like "keep you just well enough to keep buying." :P

//

@kdfrawg sounds like a good reason to stop taking it.

@kdfrawg It's especially annoying where my blood sugar is at right now. A 120 mg/dL reading could be anywhere from 102 (good!) to 138 mg/dL (just a little high).

Clearly these instruments aren't designed to help you actually improve your condition.

//

@kdfrawg I'm hoping:

a. That's true
b. It means I can stop taking the meds

insert pretty much. It doesn't help that the FDA considers a +/- 15% result 95% of the time accurate.
