@kdfrawg I'm sure it will benefit a few people

I finally got my blood test results. Here's what I've learned so far:

  1. My new blood glucose meter is pretty accurate. The blood test says I had 113 mg/dL, my meter gave me a 114 mg/dL a couple minutes after the blood draw.

  2. A1C is a 6.5% (down from 7.1%). I thought it might be lower based on my recent blood glucose readings, but since A1C reflects an average over the last few months, it's a trailing indicator.

  3. My Microalbumin/Creatine Ratio is way higher than it's ever been (117 versus 53), which if I'm reading what the Interwebs says, this points to potential kidney issues.

I've got a couple weeks before I see the doctor. ?

It's like Spock said: "After a time, you may find that having is not so pleasing a thing after all as wanting. It is not logical, but it is often true."

Maybe it's the other way around. The fact that you're frustrated means you're thinking. The fact no one else seems to care, well….

given how few compliments you get, I'd take it. I'm sure it took some social engineering to get those people to help you.

recording the call limits the he-said, she-said that can occur post-conversation.

did anything he say surprise you? I mean other than you're still employed?

Doing an upgrade and recording parts of the process for a presentation. It's a bit like watching paint dry as I wait for the process to complete.

personally, I could not tolerate working for someone that is openly hostile towards me.

sounds like many companies. For years my "official" job and my "real" job didn't line up very well.
