@kdfrawg I still need to overcome that desire to feel "full" I suspect. That said, what it takes to get me "full" now is much less, thankfully.

@neilco It's a net positive overall. I find myself only wanting to eat around other people, at least when traveling. The rest of the time, I don't think about it much. The most unexpected benefits so far:

@neilco I can tell you that my blood sugar has been much better since I went down to one or two meals a day without snacking. Won't be able to check my weight until I get back home, but I dropped a few pounds last week. ??
