Today I learned someone I had been acquainted with a long time, but had in recent years not talked to, has passed away. Unfortunately, it was third hand info, so I have no details on what happened.
@kdfrawg I like the people at my local Starbucks. I can't say that for every Starbucks I visit, of course. Same can be said for other local shops as well.

@matigo at least I can still use the MacBook Air on my lap somewhat comfortably but I would definitely prefer to place it on the arms of the chairs they had before.
I leave for two weeks and my local Starbucks does a remodel. Miss the old chairs which had nice arms.
