The universe has been showing me big, flashing neon signs lately that are causing me to rethink a LOT of things. It’s brought up a lot of memories and feelings I’d prefer to forget, but clearly they are still holding me back.
I have to see certain commitments through to their end before any drastic changes are done. That’ll take some time, during which I can decide what direction things should go.
Yeah, doing the work is exhausting.
Five hours of sleep is better than four. This time I can blame the work schedule. 😬
@variablepulserate well, about half a marathon. I’ve done as many as 16 miles in one go. Probably not for a while again, given the weather is starting to turn.
I did manage 7 hours last night. The question is: will running 10 miles and mowing my lawn help me sleep properly tonight? We shall see.
@matigo part of why I was up late was a conversation I was having. But that still doesn’t explain why I only managed four hours of sleep. 😬
