@matigo especially one that's been on TV for as long as The Price is Right has been.
@matigo I'm going to concur with that assessment. It's the one area I struggle with, particularly with travel.
@matigo it was hot the last couple days. This morning it was a reasonably cool 20C or so.

Unlike the last couple days I've been here the treadmills were in use. Went outside for a walk instead.
Got a good night of rest and got a decent jog in. Ready to take on the week in Brazil.
Since jogging after I eat rarely ends well, I decided to just walk briskly instead.
@matigo Atlanta to Sao Paulo is roughly the same flight time as Seattle to Amsterdam: about 9 hours.
