Just sent a note to my doctor suggesting that maybe continuing to take Metformin when my #bgnow has been below 70 mg/dL (3.9 mmol/L) is probably not a good idea. Let's see what he says.
@variablepulserate I don't consciously think about it unless I have an early morning flight and have to get up for it. I have a 10pm flight, so there's literally no reason not to get a decent night of sleep.
Today's workout was 3.5 miles on the treadmill. Not quite as far, but it's sure a lot easier to keep my heart rate in Zone 2.
What is it about "day of flight" that fucks with my sleep so much? Even when the flight is at 10pm. π
@matigo my doctor said I could drop it once my A1C was 5.0%. Which, assuming these recent numbers aren't a total aberration, may be achievable.
Then again, I dropped my statin and blood pressure medication against his advice. π¬
@matigo I suppose if you get less emails from said "manager" that's a good thing. Also seems petty.
