Just sent a note to my doctor suggesting that maybe continuing to take Metformin when my #bgnow has been below 70 mg/dL (3.9 mmol/L) is probably not a good idea. Let's see what he says.

I don't consciously think about it unless I have an early morning flight and have to get up for it. I have a 10pm flight, so there's literally no reason not to get a decent night of sleep.

Today's workout was 3.5 miles on the treadmill. Not quite as far, but it's sure a lot easier to keep my heart rate in Zone 2.

Funny thing is I am in my own bed. Haven't left yet.

I'm pretty sure my insanity goes back decades. 🀐

What is it about "day of flight" that fucks with my sleep so much? Even when the flight is at 10pm. πŸ™„

hopefully you survive that long. Psychologically speaking. 🀐

my doctor said I could drop it once my A1C was 5.0%. Which, assuming these recent numbers aren't a total aberration, may be achievable.

Then again, I dropped my statin and blood pressure medication against his advice. 😬

I suppose if you get less emails from said "manager" that's a good thing. Also seems petty.
