@matigo hard to do that over a couple hours. They do live nearby (relatively speaking), so it can happen again.
Didn't run today, but I walked a bit around Point Defiance with my cousin Todd and his wife DeAnn. Haven't seen them in 30+ years!
The last software update for my MI Band really fucked up syncing with my phone. Basically doesn't work now. 💁🏼♂
Almost 6 miles in a little over an hour and a half, with almost an hour in Zone 2. The improvements are coming.
@variablepulserate It was more like almost two. Trying to keep my heart rate from getting too high.
Had to run an errand around the harbor today, so I decided to run it. Well, some of it. Over 7 miles. 😅
Only did 4.20 miles today, no selfie. Somethings definitely wrong with my Mi Band as the step count is WAY off today and syncing is messed up.
