TLV > AMS en route to SEA. It's supposed to be "Europe Business" class but it feels like Economy Plus with the middle seat open.

#ThrowbackThursday to a year ago. Only about 15 pounds difference between the two pictures but quite a bit of difference.

Decided to do the treadmill today, 4 miles. Almost all brisk walking but my heart rate was almost entirely in Zone 2.

Not used to run/walking in 70F weather. At 5am 😳
