as am I. My weight has basically plateaued, but:

  1. I'm traveling like a madman lately
  2. My blood glucose and blood pressure trends are going the right direction (hopefully recent blood test will confirm my A1C is lower)

Which I can live with.

I've been to a few Reserve locations in my travels. If you're any sort of coffee snob, they are worth a visit.

I think I might be finally moving in the right direction again. We'll see.

unless you're eating locally produced plants in-season, is your environmental impact really any better? And furthermore, are you getting proper nutrition by doing that?
