Belated birthday present from my local Starbucks, seeing as I was in Israel last week.
It takes surprisingly little exertion to cause my muscles to shake. Clearly I've got some work to do here.
I guess with all the travel I do, I shouldn't be surprised I'm unable to sleep sometimes.
