@joanna I guess I can't reverse all the markers overnight, considering how long I've been "sick."

And yes, it's kinda amazing how different I feel now compared to how I felt before I started addressing these conditions. Didn't even realize how sick I was until I started getting better.

Doctor says: your A1C is normal, but you need to get it (and your blood pressure) lower before I take you off the meds. Keep losing weight, and that'll probably happen. Come back in 3 months.
