@larand Personally, don't remember the last time I wore a 34.
// @matigo
@matigo The new tube took the bike shop 10-15 minutes to fix, which was just long enough to walk down to the new Starbucks and get a Nitro Cold Brew. ??
@JeremyCherfas for me, it's definitely a different place, because I notice the change in ads while in transit.

Today was "take the bikes in for repairs" day. My daughter's new bike had a tire that wouldn't stay inflated, my son's bike has a brakes issue, which will take a bit longer to fix.
Visited the new Starbucks in Gig Harbor. It's a little closer to home, is a drive-thru, AND serves Nitro Cold Brew. Might be my new store.

Diabetes remission through diet may be doable, with support [acpinternist.org]
Medical textbooks from 1911 recommended a high-fat, low-carb diet as treatment for diabetes. Insulin wasn't discovered until 1921, and it's been downhill (for Type 2's anyway) ever since.
@JeremyCherfas if you think about it, the tech behind it is kinda interesting. You have to build an MP3 file on the fly, or maybe you prebuild them for different regions. Either way…
