I just got my labs back from my doctor. My A1C (the thing that says I have #t2d #diabetes) is now a 5.6%, which is officially “normal.” Not as good as I was hoping and I’m still taking meds, but this is a huge accomplishment.

First time I've seen actual broth served at the Delta SkyClub.

@larand it works for me. Doesn't work for everyone, obviously, and not every company is created equal in this regard.
