stable? I think we all know the reality of that. :P

How Richard Sherman negotiated his own contract with the 49ers [si.com] demonstrates just how savvy this guy is. Yes, I remember the past, but there's a business to the NFL, and we're just rooting for the shirts at the end of the day.

Inflated my stability ball a bit more (which I use as an office chair), now I'm sitting a bit higher. ??

you look…uncomfortable with that thing around your neck. :P

Sounds familiar. I dropped a ton of weight on Atkins back in the day, which involved cutting carbs and sugars. Sadly, the carbs and sugar crept back in. I know now I simply can't allow that to happen.
//

after months of one meal a day along with some 2-3 day fasts, fat and salt do not make me crave sugar at all.

//

fat is actually ok, but when combined with sugar… ?

//

if anything, I'd pile on the butter. Fat is satiating.

Fasting doesn't require "any" modern medicine. Neither does eating low carb, high fat. Just saying.

You eat the standard American diet, you'll get diabetes eventually. I'm trying like hell to reverse the damage caused by a lifetime of so-called "healthy" eating.
