Looked around Costco today. Wasn't going there to buy clothes, but they had more than the usual supply of clothing, so of course I looked.

They did have a few things in my size today, but nothing I need at the moment. Hopefully soon, I will have made enough progress that I will have a few more options.

I do the same thing, to be honest. Cutting it too close causes me huge amounts of stress. Stress I'd rather avoid.

Playing with Open Diabetes, which just graphs my Blood Glucose data from Apple HealthKit.

This week was definitely my best ever in terms of #diabetes control.

you're also a lot closer to a "normal" body weight than I am. The closer you are to normal, the harder it becomes.

I have done this before. My past experience has gone a long way towards informing my current choices.

The trick, of course, is keeping it off long-term.

you have no idea. Well, maybe you do. But still… I feel pretty damn good.

I am quickly approaching my lowest weight in my adult life. Which is still overweight by official standards, but a significant mile marker none the less. Means I've lost close to 100 pounds/45 kilos.

The two Sears stores I am familiar with nearby are also attached to endangered shopping malls. Can't remember the last time I went into a Sears. Probably the last time I weighed what I weigh now :P
