The original (1972) Atkins Rules of Induction [atkinsjourney.wordpress.com] are the progenitor to the modern ketogenic diet. I did this years ago to great effect. I just wish I knew about intermittent fasting back then.

One benefit of where my house is situated is that there aren't too many houses where I can pick up their WiFi. In fact, there are more SSIDs from my house alone (9, I think) than I see from all other sources combined. :P

Sure, I can keep my data private. But think about the different organizations that have data about you, even those organizations you didn't explicitly give the data to. Then they get compromised and the data leaks.

Frankly, I think we've already collectively lost control over our data. Not to say we should make it easy, but to think you can control all the data about you, you might as well forget it.

My weight has been stubborn over the last few weeks because of all the travel, but I lost an inch off my waist. So that's a good thing.
