@larand that assumes there's even a Sears store near you. Looks like there are some near me, but the last place I'd go for just about anything these days is Sears.
@hazardwarning or you can skip the pork rinds [ditchthecarbs.com]. Either way… looks tasty.
@larand Probably worse than living in 1978 since all the shopping malls and local stores are closing. :P
@hazardwarning wonder if you could coat them in pork rinds instead of breads. That sounds…tasty.
@hazardwarning they got cholesterol wrong as well. Which is why eggs were demonized.
@hazardwarning Fat got demonized a long time ago. I think everyone's waistlines suffered for it.
They sell hard-boiled eggs in bulk at Costco here, which turns out to be real handy at times. Maybe someplace there does the same?
@hazardwarning nothing wrong with the carbs in veggies and full-fat dairy in moderation, but bready stuff just has to go.
@hazardwarning vegetable oil is not great for you. Bring on the butter and the heavy cream! And olive oil.
@hazardwarning fat is better. You don't get quite the insulin spike that even protein gives you. It also satiates the best.
It's certainly helped me lose almost 7 stone. :)
@hazardwarning a slice of cheese or a hard-boiled egg would have been a better choice IMO.
