They sell hard-boiled eggs in bulk at Costco here, which turns out to be real handy at times. Maybe someplace there does the same?

vegetable oil is not great for you. Bring on the butter and the heavy cream! And olive oil.

fat is better. You don't get quite the insulin spike that even protein gives you. It also satiates the best.

It's certainly helped me lose almost 7 stone. :)

a slice of cheese or a hard-boiled egg would have been a better choice IMO.
