@kdfrawg as far as customer service goes, they are the worst of ANY company in ANY industry.
That said, when airlines cock things up, it tends to make the news and bodily harm is involved.

It’s amazing I had to explain fare classes to a fucking travel agent. But I managed to get them to rebook my “Basic Economy” ticket to something I could upgrade. ??
Wish I always got seats like this. Maybe a little more often once I achieve Diamond Medallion status?
