For the cable, I just usually use a paper towel. For the lightning port, a cotton swab. I'm sure there are better ways to do it, but it generally works.

@kdfrawg a cloud vendor of any sort is only going to look for attacks against their infrastructure. You still have to have appropriate controls around the data to ensure it doesn't go where it's not supposed to (either internally or externally).
