Sometimes, you’ve gotta stop and take a break in a place like this.

if you think that changes when they get older, I’ve got a bridge to sell you. 😝

and the garage.

We’ve lived here almost 15 years now. This house is big and we’ve accumulated…a lot of stuff.

Had 9 chairs, a shelf, and a bunch of old-ass paint to take to the dump today. Our local place wouldn’t take the paint, so had to drive to Tacoma to do that.

They took a lot of the paint, but wouldn’t take the latex-based paint because it can apparently be put in the trash…if it’s dry. Yeah, getting that paint dry is not gonna happen this time of year. Perhaps in the spring.

On the plus side, I got a bunch of broken chairs out of my office and have some open space again. And an empty shelf in my garage.

Leaves are definitely turning. The temps are much lower. Winter…is coming.

I’d settle for being able to sleep properly at this point. Something I’ve had some serious trouble with the last several weeks.

Meanwhile, I think things are on a good path. It’s just going to take a while for things to reach their natural conclusion.
