@kdfrawg there's quite a lot you can determine by looking at traffic patterns that don't involve decrypting the traffic. It's plausible, but not sure about 99% accuracy. And over what period of time?

Even the worst I-5 traffic will take me less time than taking transit to SeaTac… 
I love how WSDOT says "use Transit as an alternative" when they clearly have no idea how unrealistic that would be for most people.
