Feeling just a little off today. Did get a flu shot yesterday, which may be related. Anyway, decided to not push it, and there’s always next time.

When you're an IT guy and you're doing your job properly, people don't notice it or appreciate how much work is involved in your job. Which is something you have to get over.

Today's adventure at the doctors office for my annual physical involved:

1. My doctor wearing both a mask and a face shield.
2. My doctor thanking me for wearing my mask.
3. Elevated blood pressure, which means I'm now back on a low dose of blood pressure medication.
4. Finding out my height is an inch shorter than I thought.

Other than that, no new health issues to worry about.

A little more smoky out there for round two but still not to unhealthy levels.

Been a while since I’ve run before dawn. Not much to see at the Old Ferry Docks but fog today.

I bought an XL version of this vest about a year ago and this L version about 6 months ago. Haven’t worn it much recently, but the days are getting shorter, so I need it again. Looks like I need to order a medium. And this from a guy who used to wear 5XL shirts.

End of month mileage check-in. 2600 miles is the new end of year goal. Guessing it won’t be much of a stretch to get there.
