Somehow the air quality got even worse. Even just going outside to give my hair a trim was…icky. Thank goodness for the treadmill.

Giving myself a trim outside with an AQI of 197 may not have been the smartest move.

With an AQI of 190 out there, no chance I’m running outside. Sticking to the treadmill.

Yeah, that’s just no bueno.
