Definitely more smoky outside so back to the treadmill. On the plus side, I discovered I can go faster while remaining in Zone 2 than I previously thought. Non-scale victory, I guess?
Not thrilled about using the treadmill but even less thrilled about breathing all the smoke in the air.
@joeo10 I’ve seen a couple reports suggesting some of these fires were started by arsonists.
When I look at the “food” at a grocery store, it depresses me. Maybe I should have gone for a run after the grocery store instead of before…
@axodys that’s what I remember about Spokane: the extreme swings in temperatures.
