Surprisingly, I kept it all in Zone 2 today.

The last couple runs I’ve had included taking phone calls. Which…I would have never dreamed of doing before I started all this.
@matigo when I go down to the waterfront, I’m guaranteed a good uphill workout on the way back. 😬
@matigo Pretty sure a few streets around here have even steeper grades than that. 😬
