@matigo More specifically, it's the frequency of the tone [en.m.wikipedia.org] used in that process. Not that I ever did it myself, but I know people who did.
Since I'll probably hit my running 2020 miles goal in 2020, I guess I'll set a stretch goal of 2600 miles for the year. A few people might understand the significance of that number.
@matigo Looking at the stats on my Apple Watch, there was literally 8 feet of elevation gain in the 5 miles I ran on that run in Vienna. Pretty sure I have more than that just getting out of my driveway at home :P
@matigo the terrain in Vienna was along the Rhine and very flat. The terrain here is anything but.
One of my better times, but that 11'12" I got in Vienna back in February is still the time to beat. 😬
@axodys at the same time, I think wiping all evidence that these times happened in our history just assures that we’ll repeat them.
