Was not planning a second run today but my mental health demanded 3+ miles. Meanwhile, I'm almost 3/4 of the way to my goal of 2020 miles in 2020.

Washington State is currently mandating them in public indoors and outdoors when you can't stay 2m/6ft away from others. I suppose that would cover public transport as well, but like where you live, there isn't much to speak of around here.

Will admit, the last several days on the scale have been…discouraging. Is it stress? Is it lack of sleep? Is it eating too much of even NSNG foods? Is it adding a little of JT's bodyweight exercises to my day? Probably all of the above.

On the other hand, this is the best run I've had in a while.
