Given that a decent walk leaves my Achilles a little sore, it's safe to say I won't be running for a while.
Not sure when this happened yesterday but my Achilles is definitely not feeling right. 😬
@matigo My house is pretty big and I pretty much do my own thing regardless of if anyone's around or not. 😬
That said, I think the kids don't mind having me around as they're going through different things that I have some experience with that is definitely in my wheelhouse.
@matigo actually my fastest mile (11:12) happened in Vienna in February. Which is, sadly, the last time I’ve been on an airplane.
Pretty sure that’s my fastest time. And this is on top of the 7+ I did earlier.
I didn't come this far to give up. I didn't get this far by taking a day off either. If you don't enjoy the journey, you won't appreciate the destination. #FaceliftFriday
