Just to add to all the bullcrap going on in the world, my father-in-law just got moved to hospice. He was undergoing chemo for lung cancer, among other health issues. His prognosis is…not good.

The dying process isn't for sissies, that's for sure. It doesn't help when the immediate family disagrees about how what's likely the final days should play out.

Jogging in sandals is definitely harder, but I'm getting the hang of it.

My 2019 running workouts with an Apple Watch, which I got a year ago, versus what I've done in 2020 so far. Same number of workouts in about four weeks less time, and I've gone farther. 👍🏻
