My doctor (before he moved to Virginia) told me he'd like to see me at 79kg. Which is still probably 5-10kg overweight, but a far cry from the 150kg I was before.

After this morning's run, I was down to 86.2kg. Pretty sure the last time I weighed that was maybe high school.
