@matigo it's pretty much the same way Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles dictate much of the policy of Washington, Oregon, and California, despite the vast majority of those states being rural.
Guess there's a reason I don't do a buzz cut anymore but with the "Stay Home Stay Healthy" order extended to who knows when, it's the haircut I can manage on my own.

@JeremyCherfas I don't understand why taking is walk is a bad thing. Even with the lockdown here, they've been encouraging us to get outside. Certainly hasn't stopped me from my daily jogs.
