Think I've caught the cold everyone has. Didn't stop me from putting in 6 miles on the treadmill, though.
@matigo considering that processed food is largely responsible for the obesity epidemic and an environmental disaster, you'd think they'd go after them instead. But no, they're too well funded.

@matigo If I average a little over 5.5 miles a day, which I have been lately, I won't have an issue making the goal. That includes the occasional days where I can't jog because they don't put treadmills in shiny meta tubes ðŸ˜
@axodys I had a bite of an Impossible Burger recently. It didn't taste right and it caused digestive stress the next day.
No chance I will ever eat one again.
