there's some logic behind my choice: sleep cycles are about 90 minutes. If I wake up and I have 60 minutes before I need to get up, I'm better off just getting up.

Besides, planes are decent for sleeping. Especially when you're sitting in First Class seats (though not a requirement for me).

Worst part is I actually jogged a little farther than this but something caused my Apple Watch to pause the workout. Guess I need to always activate the screen lock on my Apple Watch. 😬

Well, yeah, I don't like talking on the phone very much. But this is also one of those "taking charge" moments, which I'm not big on either.

No idea why calling a restaurant to make a reservation for a large party is such a nerve wracking experience for me.

I didn't quite get there. Did have a bit of a time limit this morning, so I couldn't go quite as far.
