And we have Delta One service from AMS back to SEA. 😁

Wheels down AMS en route to SEA

@matigo on the first shorter flight? Probably not, especially after a few shots of espresso. On the long flight where I’ll have lay flat seating and access to premium alcohol? I’ll get some sleep. 😁

VIE > AMS en route to SEA

Have an early morning flight. Worked with my inability to sleep and put in 4.5 miles.

@matigo it's hard to get well when you're in the wrong timezones working conferences and attending related social obligations for almost two weeks.

Good news is tomorrow's flight will include a nice, comfy Delta One seat. 😁

@matigo I might need to lay in bed for a couple days after I get back. 😬

@joanna in German as expected. Which actually improved my enjoyment of the game as I could ignore them 😂

I set the bar low today at 2 miles, ended up doing 3.2 (or 5k).

Still sick, still in foreign lands, still putting in the work.
