The hotel gym didn't open quite early enough for me today. Fortunately, the Sofia Business Park is reasonably well lit and easy to jog through.

Turtles in the sun…not something I see everyday.

Much better heart rate today.

After many hours in shiny metal tubes, it feels good to get in the treadmill.
