#TransformationTuesday from a year ago in different hotel rooms. Only about 20 pounds less and a couple inches off the waist, but the miles I've flown between these photos. 😳

Unlike the last couple days I've been here the treadmills were in use. Went outside for a walk instead.

Got a good night of rest and got a decent jog in. Ready to take on the week in Brazil.

Since jogging after I eat rarely ends well, I decided to just walk briskly instead.
