@matigo interesting. Definitely did not experience this jogging in Rio, but there are quite a few people out there, even at 6am.

Since I have a little more time this morning, I went to both ends of the Rio Walk, 8km round trip. Not a bad pace considering I walked some of it.
Definitely putting the whole carnivore thing through its paces in Brazil this week. 😁
No hotel gym? No problem! I'm a few blocks away from the beach in Rio de Janeiro!
