Much cooler today. Also heart rate seems to be recovering much better now, which means more jogging.
On a positive note, it looks like my insurance company will pay for my Angiogram and Calcium Score. Just took a while to convince them there was a referral for the service. 🙄
@matigo ruminant animals can graze on land that cannot grow crops for humans. Also, if done right, ruminant animals are actually carbon negative and can regenerate topsoil.
@matigo I think most vegans are largely clueless just how many animals die for their food.
Along side all the tech pitches I'm receive from PR agencies, I'm getting vegan propaganda like this. 🙄
